Garagiste wine: Limited production – Handcrafted – Small scale – Individual wines

We follow a traditional and personal approach when it comes to the winemaking process. It is our objective to produce natural wines with passion, enthusiasm and a bit of extra care. A wine which our customers enjoy drinking as much as we do.

All our grapes are handpicked in the early morning and within minutes transported in small bins to the cellar. We will go through an individual bunch selection process before destemming and crushing our grapes. We believe in the traditional method of “punch downs” to extract the colour, character and flavours from the skins. Because we source our fruit from various grape-growers it is of the utmost importance to let each wine depicts the fruit and distinctive character of the specific cultivar, region, vintage and  terroir.

We don’t produce showy wines and rather concentrate on perfecting our own personal style. We believe fruit is the backbone in any good wine, soft accessible tannins adding complexity and keeping it elegant. All the sensory elements of a glass of wine in harmony.
