Sauvignon Blanc 2013 At last! Our Sauvignon Blanc 2013 is finally ready for release. We only bottled our 2013 Sauvignon Blanc on 18 October 2013 and labelled the wine on the 5th December 2013. Why so late you my ask? Well, we like to leave our Sauvignon Blanc for an extended time in tank. This allows for more time on the lees, which results in a fuller and fatter wine on the palate. Never have we been so excited about releasing our new vintages. We have some really interesting Garagiste wines this year and we honestly believe these new wines are ‘next level’ in terms of quality. With most of our wines we only produce one barrel. And when you go big, you might ask? …two barrels! Loving it!

Barely touching ground so much is happening this time of year.  Loving it! It is so busy that we only get time for ONE bottle of wine each evening; terrible!  Well, as if normal work pressure is not enough we also need to focus on our time consuming hobby – producing awesome wine! We’re happy to report the bottling went smoothly – we did not break a single bottle.  Not bad if you take into consideration that all 2150 bottles were bottled individually – by hand.
