Sauvignon Blanc 2023

We only produce one white wine – Sauvignon Blanc. (and only 1300 bottles). Although the wine is 100% wooded, the wood pressence is very subtle and doesn’t dominate the wine at all. It simply adds a beautiful layer on the nose and creates the wanted complexity on the palate.
