Sauvignon Blanc 2024

We only produce one white wine – Sauvignon Blanc. (and only 1300 bottles). Although the wine is 100% wooded, the wood presence is very subtle and doesn’t dominate the wine at all. It simply adds a beautiful layer on the nose and creates the wanted complexity on the palate. We believe Sauvignon is best after at least 12 months when all the primary flavours settles out and the true Thiol character of the cultivar starts to show
